**Job Summary**

You will be based in our Stratford Office, liaising with our customers and field technicians to ensure we plan and book installations, pre-planned maintenance and reactive servicing work. Much of this is booked in advance and needs to be attended by our Technical Teams within specific timescales. You will also be part of a busy team ensuring that all follow up work is completed (e.g., pre-booking permits etc) and that customer satisfaction is superlative.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Working within a small customer contact centre environment with a team of schedulers, answering and making calls, confirming bookings, equipment, kit and timescales;
- Answering incoming calls and managing bookings with customers;
- Ensuring optimum schedules for technicians - planning travel time, and any other factors which may impact on installations and servicing;
- Resolving customer queries;
- Supporting the service delivery and billing / finance teams providing MI and reports where necessary;

- Customer focused, enthusiastic and confident communicator;
- Excellent written and verbal skills;
- Competent IT skills and keyboard skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Great administrative and organisational ability;
- Collaborative whilst able to work on your own unsupervised;
