One of the UK’s most successful and respected law firms are offering a rare opportunity to specialise in their serious injury team.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside a Partner of the firm dealing with complex and high value claims.

The Role
- Technical supervision of cases across the team, including national input where required.
- Working together with other Case Handlers to provide legal support on a number of cases to deliver an outstanding client experience and progress litigation
- Attending face to face client meetings across the North of England and occasionally nationwide.
- Line management of case handlers and assistance with general team management.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to progress cases met within the departments agreed target.
- Required proven track record of exceeding costs and chargeable time targets.
- Ideally at least 8 years’ experience of cross border injury claims.
- Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
- Enthusiastic, committed and able to work and thrive in a busy environment.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Experience in travel litigation is desirable but not essential, as training and supervision will be provided.
