**Must be able to supervise and manage the day to day on site working of our gang.**

**Be able to communicate with clients and organise day to day running of gang.**

**Have tarmac/block paving experience with a high standards of workmanship in all aspects of groundworks.**

**Must be a team player and be able to manage a small team.**
