Tropic Breeze is an independent tour operator that specialises in creating bespoke holidays to the Caribbean, Maldives and the Seychelles. An opportunity has arisen for Contracts Administrator to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities will include:

- Understanding and loading hotel contracts and offers to TMS bespoke booking Management Information System
- Data entry onto Capsule data storage system
- Updating hotel room availability
- General office administration - filing, scanning, compiling documentation etc.
- Supporting the Sales Team with general administration tasks
- Have experience of using Management Information Systems
- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have achieved a minimum, grade 4 (previously grade C) or above GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Be a team player who also has the ability to work individually with good use of own initiative
- Be highly organised with the ability to be flexible and multi-task
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ideally have experience within a similar role however, this is not essential, as full training will be given.

Part-time hours: 19 per week

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Yealmpton PL8 2JH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
