We are looking for a holiday club deputy leader who has a passion for wellbeing to join our amazing team during holiday seasons. Our sessions are inclusive, nurturing and fun. Your role is to see the world through the children’s eyes and support them to develop their own uniqueness. We are part coach and part entertainer Embodying the “Happy Mojos approach” and upholding our beyond world-class brand values.

For our **Holiday Club Deputy Leader, **we are looking for someone who:
Has had a range of experience working with children in a variety of settings

Has leadership experience in a childcare setting

Level 3+ in childcare/ education or equivalent

At least 3 years experience working with children

Provide an inclusive and nurturing environment

To be passionate about mental health & wellbeing

To successfully plan, prepare and manage a holiday club venue and its team

To maintain outstanding relationships with colleagues and parents/carers

A willingness to develop skills in line with the ethos of Happy Mojos

To hold a full driving licence

**Additional skills**

To work to exceptional standards and relate well with children

To work well as part of a team and network of teams

To work professionally with local communities developing our programmes and activities across all age phases

To manage admin tasks including meetings, planning, resourcing, risk assessments and other paper work

To be able to entertain as well as coach

To be reliable & flexible

To be proactive and adaptable

Creative, fun and have a sense of humour

Ability to prioritise workload

Knowledge around child protection and safeguarding

Enjoy CPD opportunities

**Desirable**

Paediatric first aid trained
