Thorium Security is currently recruiting a Retail Security Officer for a well-known Retail Supermarket in Worcester. This position covers two locations: WR5 and WR3.

We are seeking highly experienced customer-focused individuals

**40 hours per week / 5 days per week.**

**Pay rate**:£10.61 per hour

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers within the working environment
- Act as a visual deterrent
- Loss prevention following S.C.O.N.E.S.
- Liaising with Police and other emergency services
- Report writing including Civil recovery reports
- Any other retail security tasks as required

**Job Requirements**
- A Valid SIA License - Frontline Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested which includes you being able to supply a full 5-year work/education history
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to deter anti-social behaviour, theft, and criminal activities
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to travel
