We are currently working with a well respected client based near Kidderminster who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their busy and expanding team. If you have 1 year experience of payroll end to end knowledge then I’d be delighted to hear from you. Exposure to UK and European payroll’s would be highly desirable. 37.5 hours per week with flexible working and hybrid (2 days) after probation period. There will also be a requirement to undertake a professional qualification.
- Working with the Senior Payroll Managers to ensure all payrolls are produced accurately and on time.
- Answer any queries that may arise from Contractors or Inland Revenue/DSS in relation to the payroll.
- Ensure timesheets are regularly submitted to effect an accurate and timely payroll.
- Ensure timesheets, invoices and rechargeable contractor expenses are submitted regularly and on time, through liaison with contractors and business units.
- Inform business managers of any issues/concerns regarding their contractors.
- Deal with internal and external queries from business units, contractors and third-party payroll providers.
- Process improvements
- Monitoring payroll systems for accuracy, ensuring they will meet the needs of the Business.
- Undertake other duties as deemed necessary for the operation of the business
