Chase Medical is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving GP surgery in the historic town of **Isleworth**, for an **experienced Practice Nurse**

The location of the surgery is just excellent; it has a _riverside charm_ with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants - all great for making your lunch break or after work staff outings all the more exciting

To be shortlisted for this role, it's essential you have present or very recent **Primary Care** and general Practice Nurse skills, **including** Chronic Disease Management, Cytology and Immunisations.

The practice boasts a _well-functioning_ and _friendly_ clinical team consisting of Salaried and Partner GPs, ANPs, HCAs, Practice Nurses and a Clinical Pharmacist They offer fantastic, widespread services to their patients and have a **mixed** patient demographic, meaning no two days will be the same for you working at this centre

**What's on offer?**
- **2-3 days per week** (ideally a Monday, Tuesday and Friday)
- A **competitive salary** that will be dependent on your skills/experience (around £24-£27 per per hour)
