Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Substance Misuse Recovery Worker for an Award-Winning Vulnerable People Support Third Sector Charity Service based in NN17 Corby, who is really passionate about providing a holistic service.

The successful applicant will ideally be experienced in supporting service users in drug and alcohol recovery services but is not strictly essential as other related fields like mental health will be considered, a compassionate motivated individual will be able to be trained to offer expert recovery care planning in an innovative working environment.

This role has to be working full time 37.5 hours weekly Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pm with some flexibility if required on times. Any mileage / travel expenses incurred whilst on shift will be compensated.

The post holder will have a proven track record and understanding of working with vulnerable diverse people in the community with drug and alcohol abuse issues. The ability to work as a team and develop a culture of creativity and innovation is essential, in order to deliver an outstanding service in line with contract requirements. You'll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage and prioritise your workload according to the changing needs and demands of the service.

- No weekends

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
