We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Garage/Customer Service Advisor.

**General duties will include**:
Welcoming customers and booking them in for work

Taking incoming calls and pricing for jobs

Working closely with the garage and updating customers on the progress of their vehicles

Booking in parts and invoicing

Following up with customers for general feedback and reviews.

Onsite training will be given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- UK Drivers Licence (preferred)
