Ap Supervisor

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a major Manufacturing company based in Middlesbrough. We are working alongside our client to appoint an AP Supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, maintain, and update supplier accounts
- Deal with issues and queries relating to invoices
- Manage and resolve internal invoice queries, ensuring debit balances are managed quickly
- Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled, any queries are dealt with/escalated promptly
- Ensure that all correspondence is dealt with promptly
- Monitor and clear invoice register
- End to end reconciliations

**Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed**:

- Concern for order and quality
- high attention to detail
- Completer/Finisher
- Flexibility - able to juggle competing priorities
- Resilience
- 3 years of AP experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 3 years (required)
