Recruitment Consultant
Rafah is looking to recruit a diligent and experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager. This new role will be part of the Senior Management team who will report to the Managing Director.
Talent acquisition is an ongoing process/cycle that starts by building the company brand, communicating to potential health care professionals and support staff to attract them to join as a member of the team. Developing sustainable talent pools and pipelinesto support our team's growth. The role is both strategic and operational involving innovating, developing, and implementing talent strategy. As part of the Senior Management Team the Recruitment and Marketing Manager will report directly to the Managing Director.
Key deliverables:
- Developing the talent strategy to ensure that we recruit and retain to meet our business growth and retention performance targets.
- Responsibility for managing performance and relationship of Rafah to ensure they deliver to target.
- Accountable for overseeing and managing the internal recruitment and retention teams to ensure they deliver to meet the recruitment and retention objections and key results (OKR’s) to support business growth.
- Develop the social media strategy and create a digital community for workers, Manage budget and report ROI to costs.
- Create impactful content, managing recruitment events, and building a compelling digital presence
- Add value to the business through innovation and continuously seeking to improve business strategy and service delivery
- Be a passionate ambassador for the business and network our services and uphold the excellent reputation the company has created.
Key tasks:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and workers to meet demand for our services.
- Oversee the recruitment and governance team for the business and contribute to the development of new business opportunities and to support them to develop new business and market segments.
- Develop and manage performance tracking through analytics and develop dashboard and reporting data for the Board of Directors.
- Use the data to Identify improvements for future attraction strategies and campaigns.
- Be commercially competent and aware and focused on financial results.
- Be able to develop and write impactful content and tell the company story.
- Be passionate about social care and achieving client satisfaction to gain the company "outstanding" rating.
- Innovating new talent attraction campaigns, trends, and solutions to ensure the business are able to maintain and grow its current position in the top 100 agencies in the UK.
- Contribute to and deliver against the Key performance targets in the company's business plans.
More about you:
- Self-motivated and experienced Marketeer with a mature attitude who is curios and inquisitive person and solution focused.
- You have a drive and a record of accomplishment for delivering results and KPI led activities as a Recruitment Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager with talent attraction focus.
- Working knowledge of Matrix CR and GRI job boards and social media channels.
- An innovative and strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and storytelling
- Confident leader who can work autonomously
- Methodical and analytical with good commercial understanding including financial models and budget management.
- Enjoys a fast-paced fun environment and is a good communicator
- Is adaptive and resilient and has a good attention to detail and a proactive finisher
