**Your role**:
The Wellbeing and Occupational Health Administrator will provide high quality, customer focused, flexible and timely support to assist with the provision of Wellbeing and Occupational Health resources to both GMCA and GMFRS staff. In collaboration with the Senior Advisers, you will support the delivery of activities across the organisation to promote Wellbeing and OH provisions to support individuals’ resilience, health and wellbeing.

**About you**:
You will feel confident to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance the role of Wellbeing and Occupational Health throughout GMCA. You will be able to demonstrate that you canensure accurate recording of data and retrieval of information to support the wider team, to ensure staff are receiving appropriate and timely support for mental and physical health, via the provision of resources developed by the team or by access to other services.

You should have effective administration support skills in a range of activities including minute/note taking, arranging meetings, diary management, intranet updating and printing and distribution of posters/leaflets.

**Hybrid working**

This role is part of GMCA’s hybrid working scheme. As part of our commitment to ‘Build Back Fairer’ in Greater Manchester following the Covid-19 pandemic, we have evolved our management methods by trusting and empowering staff to deliver their work in the best way that suits the business and their individual needs, and supports health and wellbeing. Our hybrid working policy sets out a flexible approach, combining attendance at our Fire and Rescue service HQ in Swinton with remote working, typically from home; the location of work is primarily dictated by the needs of the business: ‘Do what is right for you and the business on that day’. If appointed to the role you will work with your manager to agree and regularly review the best working pattern for you, your team and your work.
