Job Title: Graduate Finance Analyst
Location: Hornchurch, Essex
Duration: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract with the possibility of a permanent role
Absolute Recruit is working with a growing organisation that is seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will work closely with a team of experienced analysts to support the financefunction and provide critical insights to drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Perform financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement
- Prepare financial models to support project evaluation and decision-making
- Support the team in the preparation of presentations for management and stakeholders
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Mathematics
- Strong Excel and systems/reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
