Our client is looking for a commercially savvy, and knowledgeable Commercial Property Associate/Solicitor to join their already well-established Real Estate team in London.

Over the past 30 years, the Real Estate team has been partnering with a variety of commercial clients ranging from business persons, property companies, banks, hoteliers, high net-worth individuals, and more. They have been involved in the purchase, sale,and asset management of some of the most iconic and valuable properties in London.

As a solicitor joining their team you will be introduced to an existing portfolio of clients, working on their current matters including sales, leases, and licenses some residential but more commercial heavy, In addition, you will have the freedom to developyour portfolio of business through networking.

The role available would be perfect if you have previously worked and gained experience in a larger firm and who want to enter a more relaxed working atmosphere with more client contact, responsibility, and flexibility or a solicitor from a smaller firmwanting to grow into a larger environment.

It is essential for this role you have experience in dealing with high-value commercial property conveyancing, including purchases and sales; leases; lease renewals; licenses for alteration; assignments; subletting; and other landlord and tenant matters;asset management; property finance; high-value residential property freehold and leasehold conveyancing; working knowledge of company law applicable to property transactions; and use of onshore and offshore companies would be desirable.

This firm can offer a route to partner and, in the longer-term, potentially equity partner which may not usually be offered at the larger law firms.
