You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, and experience of working with Patients/service users to make a positive behaviour change. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team of smoking cessation Advisors, to provide specialist behavioural support and advice to smokers who want to quit. Working within locally defined areas, covering a number of clinics in a range of settings across Maternity, secondary care, and community. You will have excellent organisational skills, and experience of using technology is essential.You will be responsible for accurate recording of service user information electronically throughout each day, to ensure that record keeping meets the teams standards for service delivery.
