Exciting opportunity on offer for an experienced Land Buyer looking to join an industry leading, family-run residential developer where you will play a vital part in securing new land opportunities during their period of high-growth.

Established for nearly 30 years, this family-run company are specialist new build developers which manage projects from inception to completion. They are quickly becoming the number one within their sector, with over 600 employees and a huge pipeline and ambitionfor growth. With their focus being on sourcing new land across all their regions, they now require a Land Buyer to join their Midlands division to provide their knowledge and skills to help achieve their land objectives and drive the company forward.
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing new land opportunities through your current contacts and also through your own efforts of finding potential deals. You will be involved from the identification and appraisal of land, through each stage of purchasing,whilst communicating with Estate Agents, Land Owners and Local Authorities. You will be rewarded with a generous Land Bonus Scheme, as well as being offered great training and progression opportunities.
