Arborist

1. Carry out vegetation management work safely and in accordance with the safe systems of work procedures, method statements or other relevant instructions.

2. Knowledge of Arboriculture / Vegetation Management techniques.

3. Hold the following minimum qualifications
- NPTC CS30 - Maintaining a chainsaw
- NPTC CS31 - Felling small trees
- Current First Aid Certificate

4. Undertake and direct work activities in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with all relevant standards.

5. Check that vehicles, plant, tools, equipment and materials under your control are fit for use and are used/stored and disposed of correctly.

6. Accurately report all work competed/not completed to the Team Leader.

7. Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

8. Able and willing to drive vehicles essential

9. PTS desirable
