Taverham VC CE Junior School, situated in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Norwich, is a vibrant, welcoming and popular school with a good reputation.

We are seeking to appoint a new Secretarial Assistant who will be one of the first points of contact for parents and visitors to our school. We are looking for a positive, efficient, friendly and calm individual to provide a warm welcome and create a positive impression. In addition, this position involves providing a high standard of secretarial, IT and administrative/support services to the school and its teachers. You will be working in an office with two other individuals: a Finance and Office Manager and a Clerical Assistant.

You must:

- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Be highly organised, able to prioritise and manage your time effectively
