Streetworks Coordinator

Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to join our vibrant and dynamic team

**Responsibilities of the SW Coordinator**:

- Streetworks administration, opening, monitoring, and closing of legally compliant Street Work notice requests.
- Managing the receipt, registration and close out of Local Authority and Highway works notices.
- Monitoring reinstatement compliance under the relevant Streetworks Acts
- Distribution of fines to engineers for extensions, overstays etc.
- Collation of PO’s and booking of TM to the relevant contract.
- Supporting Managers in their representations to and negotiations with Local Authorities, Highways Agency, Norfolk County Council.
- Prepares and distributes weekly, monthly Street Works reports as requested.
- Liaise with external and internal team members to ensure efficient production of TM designs.
- Assist with project administration.
- Provision of business reports, as necessary.

**What we are looking for**:

- The ability to work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention to detail
- Previous experience within a similar Civils role
- A great attitude and fantastic work ethic
- Previous experience working to tight deadlines maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
- Experience with raising, starting and stopping permits
- Good IT/system skills
