HR Advisor

I am currently working exclusively with a successful business located in Clitheroe, in their search for a HR Advisor. This is a true generalist position where you will support with the following:

- Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
- Guiding Managers through ER cases, liaising with the external employment law consultant where necessary
- Leading on all absence and performance management
- Talent attraction and retention
- All HR administration for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and induction for new starters
- Reviewing and updating of HR policies and processes
- GDPR lead
- Planning learning initiatives for employees
- Leading on a variety of HR projects such as handbook reviews, engagement, retention and internal communications

My client is looking for someone with strong communication skills who is able to demonstrate the ability to build effective working relationships, as well as work off their own initiative and prioritise workload effectively.
