£24,496 - £26,845 FTE per annum

The Governors of Hareside Primary School are seeking to employ a Caretaker/ Site Supervisor to join our highly successful team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly motivated and a strong team player, who is looking for a position in a supportive and dedicated team.
- Manage the work of another caretaker and a small cleaning team
- Monitor, support and maintain the cleanliness of the school site
- Oversee health and safety, ensuring the adoption of safe working practices;
- Monitor and report on the general maintenance of the school site, including heating and water systems;
- Liaise with external contractors;
- Undertake regular fire and safety checks in line with policies, procedures and statutory expectations
- Complete routine maintenance tasks.

**This is a full time position with a split shift working day.**
