Er Advisor

Morgan Philips are working with a great brand who are searching for an ER Advisor to join a company in Northamptonshire working on a hybrid basis.

The role of **Employee Relations Advisor** will be to support managers by providing a professional advisory service to manage and resolve employee relations cases consistently and effectively, with a focus on gaining the best outcomes for boththe business and employees. This role requires someone who is customer-focused and highly organised, who has a detailed knowledge of employee relations.

You will have a least 2 years experience in a HR role and experience handling ER cases (disciplinaries, grievances, appeals. long term sickness). CIPD qualification is desirable.
