**What you will be doing**

During shifts, you will have access to a company vehicle and will be responsible for its maintenance and checks. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or transferable skills from another industry, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people to lead a valued and fulfilledlife. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve thanks to you; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do lastweek.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work?

The shift patterns include working 7.5 hours a day: 7:00am - 2.30pm and 2.30pm -10pm. 5 days a week including weekends on a rota basis. Permanent, Full Time position.

**Where you will be working**

**Location: **13 Alexandra Gardens, Hounslow TW3 4HT
**You will be working at Alexandra Gardens, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.
