**About Us**

Ignite Futures is an intraday proprietary trading firm. We believe that a cooperative trading environment allows traders to flourish in highly pressurised circumstances whilst also protecting their risk.

As markets evolve, so do we. From the stock market to oil to cryptocurrencies, Ignite Futures trades a plethora of leveraged products in order to maximize our opportunities.

Trader will focus on reading live news feeds and will also help contribute to trade preparations, gaining an understanding of real time news and their effects on global markets, while being able to execute trades accordingly - usually in split seconds.

Trader will be a 'runner' until they get their trading licence. This usually takes between 6 months to 1 year but it all depends on the desire and determination of the trader. Runners duties include getting food and drinks at the request of traders. When not running, they will be at their trading desk, learning on a simulated account whilst learning from professional traders in the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interest in real-world events and their effect on markets
- Understanding of Central Banks and their effect on markets
- Risk management (entries, exits, margin etc.)

**Interview questions**

If you're accepted for an interview, you will be asked to;
a) Give an example of a global event and which financial markets said event affected

b) You will be asked 3 questions based on the following topics
- FOMC
- ECB
- Interest Rates
- OPEC & OPEC+
- Risk-off/Risk-on
- Dove/Hawk

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£31,493.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- No weekends
