Senior Painter

**Right now, we're on the lookout for two experienced Painters and Decorators to join us as subcontractors on a prestigious project in Leatherhead.**

**Position Overview**:
As a subcontractor with us, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to deliver top-notch painting and decorating services that leave a lasting impression.

We need your expertise, skill, and passion to make it happen.

**Responsibilities**:
You know your way around your tools, able to confidently approach a variety of surfaces from interiors to exteriors, heritage to fresh plaster, you'll work your magic with precision and flair.
- Before the paint goes on, you'll prep like a pro. Protection, sanding, cleaning, and priming are all in a day's work to ensure a flawless finish.
- We're all about professionalism here. You'll be the face of our company, so a friendly and respectful demeanour is a must with clients and teammates.
- You’re rock solid reliable. Whether its confirming projects details or when you’ll be on-site. Reliability, punctuality, and communication are the glue that holds our projects together.
- When challenges pop up (as they tend to do), you won't hesitate to take the lead and find solutions. We love initiative
- Teamwork makes the dream work. You'll collaborate positively with other sub-contractors and team members to make every project a success.
- We want everyone to go home safe and sound. You'll be diligent in following safety protocols and keeping the work environment secure.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a skilled painter with a portfolio that includes high end properties and showcases your amazing work.
- You're like a painting encyclopedia, knowing all the techniques, materials, and tools inside out.
- Attention to detail is critical, and you always aim for exceptional results.
- Your communication skills are on point.
- Safety matters, and you're all about it.

**The Deal**

The Money: Day rates start at £150 per day, this can increase up to £170 per day depending on skills and experience.

The Project: Working on a high end prestigious property. There will be a Supervisor on site with you to run the day to day, and a Project Manager who oversees several projects at a time.

**Salary**: £150.00-£170.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leatherhead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- painting: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
