We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated senior care workers, with good leadership skills who would welcome the chance to join our team in providing our residents with the 5-star person-centered service of care that they deserve

We are a 56-bedroom home based in Banff, Aberdeenshire. Ours is a family run business with extensive experience of working in the care industry. We have started a refurbishment program designed to an extremely high standard, with a view to creating a dementia friendly environment throughout. Our main priority is the care of our residents and as we continue to develop our exceptional service, we require additional dedicated Senior Care Workers to join our team.

**About you**

You must have current SSSC registration and be educated up to SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Healthcare practices to join us as a Senior Care Worker.

Experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home setting and a good knowledge of dementia care.

Experience of producing well-developed care plans.

Experience of Medication Administration.

Dedicated and compassionate, you’ll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to caring.

Good Leadership skills required.

Good Communication skills required.

**Benefits**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 33.75 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- providing care: 3 years (required)
- Medication administration: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate in SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
