- Welcoming visitors and clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing meeting rooms and scheduling appointments
- Overseeing the centre's reception area and ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Coordinating office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keeping accurate records of client accounts and invoicing
- Supporting the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Maintaining an organised and efficient filing system

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Experience working in a small business environment is an advantage

Package:

- Hourly rate of £11 per hour
- Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 (1/2 lunch per day)
- 37 1/2 hours per week
