**Responsibilities**:

- Travel to customer locations to perform tyre fitting services, including tyre replacements, repairs, and maintenance.
- Assess the condition of tyres and determine the appropriate course of action, such as replacement or repair.
- Remove and fit tyres using appropriate tools and equipment, ensuring proper installation and balancing.
- Perform wheel balancing and alignment as needed to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Inspect tyres for signs of wear, damage, or irregularities, and advise customers on necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including parts used and work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Keep work van clean, organized, and properly stocked with tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to tyre fitting and automotive services.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a tyre fitter or in a similar automotive role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using tyre fitting tools and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy tyres and equipment.
- Knowledge of tyre brands, sizes, and specifications is a plus.
- Certification from a recognized automotive training program is desirable but not required.

Pay: £18,718.06-£20,000.00 per year
