Fisher and Co is a leading manufacturer of pedestrian crossing equipment that helps ensure the safety of people on the roads. We are currently seeking a full time Production Operative to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers.

**Salary**: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating machinery and equipment to manufacture pedestrian crossing equipment
- Assembling products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Packing finished goods according to customer orders
- Following production schedules and completing orders on time
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Assisting with inventory management and material handling
- Performing other production-related tasks as needed
- Assisting the office with phone calls during busy periods

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a production environment preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime when needed
- Basic math and computer skills

**Benefits**:
