Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading plastic company in their search for a **Blow Moulding** **Process Setter** to work in their leading facility in **Deeside.**

**For the successful Blow Moulding Process Setter, our client is offering**:

- Up to £36,000 per annum DOE
- 4 on 4 off, days and nights
- Permanent position
- Free on-site parking

**The role - Blow Moulding Process Setter**:

- Completion of daily safety checks; Maintenance of a safe, clean, and tidy work area in cooperation with the other shift workers
- Optimise Blow Moulding process setting in line with company KPI
- Continuous improvements with the aim of achieving targeted cycle times and specified quality as quickly as possible,
- Maximise efficiency through the set-up of ancillary equipment, including conveyors

**What our client is looking for in a Blow Moulding Process Setter**
- Previous experience within the plastics industry - **ESSENTIAL**
- Blow moulding experience - **DESIRABLE**
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing processes - **ESSENTIAL**
- Health and safety awareness
- Excellent attention to detail
