**Onboarding Consultant**

We are currently recruiting for a very exciting role within the Eastleigh area

**Salary**: £25k+ DOE

Hours: 7:00-4:00 (flexible)

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Technical Recruitment team with onboarding & mobilising their contractors internationally.
- Document sharing & collecting to ensure compliance is followed
- Supporting the booking of travel arrangements when requested by clients
- Issue the CEO with weekly summary reports
- Compliance experience is highly preferred
- Experience working SIMOPS (Simultaneous operations)
- Recruitment company background, international trade or logistics experience preferred
- Strong process management & implementation
