**Job Overview**

The role is to act as coordinator for the service provided to MoJ as part of the CAS3 initiative in the designated region, to ensure that it operates as smoothly and effectively as possible. This role may expand as other services that are taken on with the MoJ.

Additionally, the role may work within the broader supported accommodation function if there is need.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

The role requires an oversight of all matters relating to the operation of the services provided by the Company to the MoJ, with particular focus on ensuring that we are operating effectively and meeting our service commitments.

To effectively manage the contract and ensure field staff are following the correct procedures and meeting KPIs.

The role holder will act as line-manager for field-based support staff, ensuring they are operating effectively and are appropriately supported, with their personal and professional development requirements being addressed.

This role will coordinate operational matters with the MoJ and will be pivotal in ensuring that we retain an excellent working relationship with the MoJ.

The role will also be aware of maintenance and landlord issues that are identified, ensuring works are dealt with effectively and efficiently, recognising the reputational importance for both the THN and the MoJ.

Duties
- Line managing field-based staff, including ensuring that they have the necessary support to be as effective as possible.
- Managing holidays and planned absences so that there is adequate cover across the project.
- Being the primary liaison with the MoJ HPT team to ensure the service is operating smoothly and issues are addressed.
- Attending various operational and governance meetings relating to the MoJ project.
- Troubleshooting all operational and administrative issues that may arise
- Supporting and where necessary helping to improve the MoJ proposition offered by the Company.
- Answering and responding quickly to emergency issues.
- Recruitment of field-based support staff.
- Establishing and developing relationships with local charities and other partner agencies.
- Managing stock and overseeing expenses.
