Represent Berkshire Healthcare whilst attendingregional and nationalforums andshareinformation,learning andtrainingexperienceswith otherorganizations.

Identify learning needs, desired aims, and objectives from the requestor for each learning module. Develop, implement, and evaluate material in response to the identified needs. Advise on innovative technical solutions to ensure design requirements are met. Design, develop and update creative eLearning content, using Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, Camtasia and other authoring tools.

Plan and organise own workload to meet service priorities. Lead on the development and standardisation of learning concept designs aimed at Clinicians, Managers, Administrators, and corporate staff, to ensure solutions are fully accessible, visually engaging and appropriate to the learner audience. Maintain detailed awareness of, and take fully into account as necessary, any relevant statutory, internal, or external regulations, standards, and codes of good practice such as those relating to disability discrimination, security, quality, data protection, audit etc. i.e.

Work with and support colleagues to ensure training and learning fits with the needs and requirements of our Digital Business TransformationProgramme. Participate in User Groups as required, providing regular briefings, presentations, demonstrations on learning development. To ensure feedback to issues is gathered and resolutions communicated effectively. The must haves for this role: Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and/or Microsoft Certified Trainer.
