**Duties**:

- Manage the executive team's calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with special projects or events as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role ideally from a financial/legal background
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in clerical tasks
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
