Main duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Conceptualise, design, and create exciting, dynamic and engaging motion graphics.- Assist with the creation of still assets, thumbnails and adapting Live graphics for Digital use.- Produce scamps, storyboards, and style frames for discussion with producers.- Work both individually and with others in the digital team to conceive, generate and develop ideas, treatments, and formats of the highest quality.- Ensure compliance with internal and external company brand guidelines.- Maintain and follow best practices for social media, versioning control, naming convention and organisation of graphical assets/libraries etc.- Keep abreast with the latest graphic design and social media trends, techniques, and plug-ins.- Actively follow and monitor the world of Formula 1.- Work race weekends (on a rota) at the Media & Technical Centre in Biggin Hill, and additional hours when required.- To operate safely always in line with Company health and safety requirements.- To undertake other duties within your capabilities as your Department Head or Team Manager may assign to you from time-to-time.- To complete all mandatory training within specified timelines.

Qualifications:
- Experience and a strong portfolio showing a wide range of skills- Degree in motion graphic design or other art / design related discipline desirable but not essential

**Experience**:
- 2-4 years of motion graphic design experience- Worked in a fast-paced environment (Sports desirable but not essential)

Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects- Capable of writing and understanding After Effects Expressions- Highly skilled in 2D animation, camera tracking and rotoscoping- Knowledge of other Adobe software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Media Encoder- Ability to create scamps, storyboards, and style frames.- Solid understanding of design, layout, and typography- Proven ability to visualise creative concepts to an excellent standard- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Cinema 4D or another 3D software desirable but not essential
