MF Safety & Workwear is a family run business based in Stapleford, Nottingham that supplies workwear and safety products to industry. We are looking for somebody that is well presented, hardworking and are passionate about their role and the customers they work with.

You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience with every contact made and will work together with our team to drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Processing sales orders through our software system.
- Maintaining customer records through our ERP system.
- Helping to resolve any customer queries or issues.
- Other general office and sales support duties to assist with growing the business and retaining our customers.

To make our short list for this position you must have the following skillset:

- Good administration skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- A desire to go above and beyond with service levels for all our customers.
- Ability to use your own initiative to resolve customer issues and queries.
- To be able to work with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.

The role will be full time Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm with a 30min lunch break.

Salary range of £22 - 24K
