Marketing and Membership Executive

We are working with a well-established organisation based in central Telford, who are looking to bring in a new Marketing and Membership Executive on a permanent basis. They are looking for a driven and dynamic individual who will report directly into the CEO and work alongside the Marketing Committee. You will work to raise the company's sector profile, increase consumer and public knowledge of the industry and deliver a range of campaigns and projects for members.

**Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Design, develop and execute campaigns to recruit new organisation members and engage with existing ones
- Develop and deliver a public relations strategy for external communication to publicise service and promote the sector, including leadership pieces and blogs
- Organise and manage all types of events to engage with existing members to help support networking and build new relationships
- Accountable for brand identity, positioning and tone-of-voice
- Management and delivery of brand assets to continually develop brand story
- Maintain and continuously improve digital presence with a focus on content creation and SEO to drive traffic
- Define goals and metrics to measure success and review performance on a month, quarterly and annual basis
- Manage and nurture commercial relationships with external agencies to deliver upon strategy and plans
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and on-time delivery of relevant information to members
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as may be required by Manager

**Skills and Experience**
- 3+ years relevant marketing experience
- Degree, DipM, Chartered Marketing status with CIM or equivalent professional
- Be an establish marketing professional with experience in a related role (membership/manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a history of developing and managing successful campaigns, with strong project management skills
- Have experience in planning and managing events, both online and in-person
- Have digital marketing experience as well as strong working knowledge of different media types, including website and social and business media platforms to promote engagement
- Be proactive with the ability to work under mínimal supervision
