As a Demand Planner, you’ll have an essential role across the supply chain by playing an integral part in the S&OP process. You’ll manage the demand signal which is sent across to the central planning department with responsibility for managing and monitoring inventories, tracking production and improving availability, both at customer and Regional Distribution Centre level.

You’ll be based out of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) but you’ll also have the opportunity to work from home 40% of the time.

You’ll need extensive experience of working within a demand planning or forecasting role in a FMCG or electronics environment, with excellent working knowledge of supply chain principles and the ability to influence stakeholders by utilising analytical information.

You’ll be working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, so will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, persuading and influencing skills. It’s also important that you have a desire to solve problems and continually improve our systems and processes.
