- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
- Becoming the organisation’s G Suite ‘champion’ and ‘super user’
- Assuming administrator status for Oakdale’s case management and other software systems
- Creating and maintaining user accounts and overseeing any product updates
- Establishing a suite of ‘report templates’ within Oakdale’s case management systems and assisting Oakdale’s operational managers with reporting needs
- Providing an IT ‘helpdesk’ and ‘fix’ service offering technical support and assisting our small, in house, staff team and remote working therapists and colleagues with IT issues that arise
- Training staff in the use of hardware and software and providing systems training to new employees at induction
- Assist with aspects of data security and information governance - including updating Oakdale’s antivirus software, running scans to ensure network integrity, and overseeing Oakdale’s IT disaster and recovery (Business Continuity) plans
- Maintain activity logs for systems upgrades and maintenance - keeping an ‘Asset Register’ of Oakdale’s hardware and IT assets and maintaining a schedule of systems upgrades and maintenance.
