The successful **Care Consultant **will have a successful background working in the community assessing and writing up care assessments. We are looking for a confident team player that always strives for excellence, has passion and drive for the care industry. As the Assessment Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of the new enquiry journey and be the point of contact for prospective new clients.

Key tasks of an **Care Consultant **include:

- Responsibility of managing all queries raised by prospective new clients and their family/friends
- Lead the enquiry process within the community and carry out assessments
- Writing up assessment documentation clearly and concisely whilst liaising with the relevant area manager closely

Skills and experience for an **Care Consultant **includes:

- Experience working with and improving the lives of people, particularly in areas of various specialisms
- Experience of assessing and writing up care assessments
- A relevant professional qualification such as health and social care, nursing Level 5 upwards is essential
- A full UK driving license is essential as travelling to clients will be part of the role
