We are excited to welcome a Warehouse Operative to our dynamic Fettle team. In this role, you will handle various tasks within our warehouse facility, focusing on efficiency, process improvement, and a lean approach. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, helping us deliver top-quality natural pet supplements to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Pick and Pack Orders**: Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment with precision and care.
- **Inventory Management**: Utilise our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory accurately.
- **Material Handling**: Handle materials with care and attention to detail, ensuring their integrity.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes for enhanced efficiency.
- **Load and Unload**: Load and unload goods from delivery trucks, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- **Assist in Production**: Help build and assemble products as needed, contributing to our production runs.

**Skills**:

- **Efficiency in Operations**: Proven proficiency in picking and packing operations.
- **WMS Expertise**: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- **Materials Handling Knowledge**: Understanding of best practices in materials handling.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Familiarity with mechanical equipment and troubleshooting procedures.
- **Physical Capability**: Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks effectively.
- **Team Player**: Experience in loading, unloading, and building products within a warehouse setting.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.33 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
