We're on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Self-Employed Cleaner specialising in Serviced Accommodation and Short Let Stays. As a Self-Employed Cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our serviced accommodation properties. This role offers, flexibility, and the chance to elevate your skills in the dynamic world of short-term rentals.

For this position we provide a 1-Day training, upcoming date scheduled is Monday 13th November.

**Duties**:

- Clean and sanitise all areas areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dust and polish all furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty bins, sanitise and replace bin liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Follow established task lists, cleaning procedures and guidelines

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred -Previous experience in AirBnb, Short let and high standard hotels will be valued -Bed making skills & creating designs with towels and tissues will be valued
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and methods
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks and spotting damages - Logging and reporting of low stock on hand soaps, shampoo, shower gel, tissue etc damages to line manager
- Strong time management skills

**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
