This would be an ideal student placement for those currently studying at University or have recently graduated.

**Salary: £10.90 p/h**

This role is open to flexible hours, however, ideally 4 days a week (a minimum 2 days on site in either Elton or Derrylin)

Main Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to investigate and propose activities that the Encirc business can do, championed by their Women in Manufacturing Committee to promote the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion agenda.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- To understand which of these proposals can make the most social impact, and also help the business achieve their mission of "Zero Emissions 2030"
- To promote the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion agenda further in the business to make the workforce more representative of their community demographics
- Research the best practises from other manufacturing organisations that can be adopted into Encirc
- Facilitate focus groups to establish current barriers to progression
- Ambitious and enthusiastic
