**Role**:Product Development Manager
**Location**:Scotland, UK
**Salary**: Up to £60,000

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Take the lead on SPF development throughout the business, working with formulation team to assist on innovation and creation of new SPF technologies.
- Manage multiple projects from conception through to delivery, touching on all aspects in between, including production, testing & packaging.
- Continue to improve, enhance and implement action plans for product development within the business, working closely with stakeholders to ensure development is in line with briefs, timescales and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing team to inform accurate marketing materials, including educational content, blog posts and social media.
- Proven experience within Product Development within the beauty industry essential, with experience working with SPF highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of cosmetic regulations, particularly in SPF regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, as well as a highly analytic mind.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and communicate well between all involved parties.
