Job description
The purpose of the role is to provide customers living in high-rise properties with a first class caretaking and cleaning service. The role will act as first point of contact for many customers and will have personal responsibility for service standards on an allocated block, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.
**The role - What I’ll be doing**
- Ensure the delivery a high quality daily caretaking service to the internal and external communal areas of high rise buildings
- Undertake and complete daily block inspection and report repairs, identified hazards as necessary.
- Using an app on your mobile to record our daily tasks and health & safety checks.
- Report any emergency issues observed at sites such as gas, electricity, tenant welfare issues etc. to the Caretaking & Cleaning Manager.
**What we’re looking for**
- We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of cleaning and caretaking techniques, and someone who is passionate and has experience of delivering an outstanding level of service.
- This role would be suitable for someone who is comfortable working on their own and thrives on liaising with customers daily.
- We are looking to recruit ambitious and driven people to join our High Rise Team
