We're currently recruiting an Administrator to support the retail operations of one of our clients based in the south marston industrial estate of Swindon, SN3 4TN.

The role be 24 hours per week and the hours can be flexible i.e 3 full days or school hours.

Pay rate is £12 per hour.

This will be a temporary position for 3 months.

**The role**:
Day-to-day duties will include answering calls from staff in stores around the country, managing comms for all store managers, dealing with staff purchases, dealing with queries and general admin.

**Skills**:
Good communications skills on the phone as well as in writing. Knowledge of Excel and other microsoft apps. Able to navigate google sheets and set up googlemeets events.
