Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Russell Gas - Calor Gas Centre, you'll be on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our shop and answering the telephone. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in our continued success, providing a first class service by processing sales and orders through our computer system and take payments by card and cash.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist any Customer who requires it with lifting/loading any product into their vehicle
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales counter area
- Knowledge of products and services is a plus
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: £22,400.00-£23,245.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
