The purpose of this office based sales administration role is to provide industry leading service and support to the company’s customers, both internal and external, adding value in the delivery of the company’s sales and service level targets. While working with speed, accuracy, excellent communication, together with a positive and confident attitude
Duties include:
Provide administrative support to the team
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
Maintain and update customer database
Process sales orders and invoices
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
**Skills & Experience Required**
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a administrative role is required
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £22,000 per year.
