**Sales Fuel Telemarketing - Job Specification**

Sales Fuel is looking for 3 additional telemarketing agents to join its ever-expanding marketing team. If you are an experienced telemarketer that’s looking to get paid what you are worth this could be the role for you

You will make outbound calls to warm prospects with the aim of selling them a Solar Panel & Smart Battery assessment. This is not cold calling, as these prospects will have entered their details online to show their interest in Solar PV & Smart Batteries.

From a prospect filling out an online form, you will be calling them to educate them on the benefits of Solar PV & Battery technology, then qualifying them to ensure that they hit the criteria for us to offer them a free, no-obligation assessment. If the prospect qualifies, you will then arrange a free no-obligation assessment for a solar representative to go out and try and sell a system.

There is a generous commission structure in place paid to you weekly. We have a league table on agent performance whereby the top performers can earn great additional income. First place for the week - £500. Second place for the week - £300. Third place for the week - £200. We also offer a team bonus where if the team target is achieved each agent will receive an additional £100 per week.

**Hours**
We start work at 10.00am & finish at 6.30pm Monday-Thursday, then finish at 4pm on a Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,696.00 per year
